I'm sleeping through more nights than I used to. I didn't believe I'd notice a change this fast.

I keep it right on my nightstand so I never skip a session. Three weeks of daily use and I feel more confident and more in control day to day. The counter makes it feel like a little game.

Four weeks in and it's a night and day difference for my sleep. Only reason for 4 stars is I wish the instructions were more detailed.

Solid build, doesn't feel cheap. I do my reps during the evening news every day. Three weeks in, doing exactly what I bought it for.

I'd been meaning to work on this area for ages and never stuck with it. So much easier to stay consistent when something is counting your reps for you, and I love that nothing has to be inserted.

Bought it for my mom. She's 72 and figured it out in five minutes. She uses it every morning with her coffee.

Wasn't sure about ordering something like this, honestly. Package showed up plain, nobody had to know. Two months of ten minutes a day and I feel a real difference in control and confidence. Wish someone had told me years ago this was just a muscle you could train. My wife noticed I'm sleeping better too.

After years of writing this off as "part of getting older," I was skeptical anything would help. Six weeks in, I'm a believer.

I feel a lot more sure of myself day to day. Three weeks of daily reps.

It does work — I've noticed a difference. But make no mistake, it's a real workout and you have to actually do it every day. Not a magic fix.

Two weeks in and I can already hold the squeeze twice as long as when I started. The number going up is weirdly motivating.

Lives in the basket next to my reading chair. Ten minutes with my book every night. Sleeping through most nights now.

Ordered a $14 knockoff first. Spring went soft in a week and there was no counter. This one is a completely different class of product.

Felt stronger by week two. Feels good to be doing something about it instead of just hoping it sorts itself out.

Had no idea the inner thigh squeeze connected to the pelvic floor until my daughter explained why this design works. 30 reps a day, and after four weeks I feel a real difference. Now the whole book club has one, I'm not kidding.

Honestly it wasn't for me — my knees made the position uncomfortable. But they refunded me under the guarantee with zero hassle, so 4 stars for how they treat customers.

Part of my evening routine now — Jeopardy comes on, reps get done. The counter remembers so I don't have to.

My neighbour recommended it. I noticed progress by week two — longer holds, more reps before tiring. Now I'm the one recommending it to everyone. Funny how nobody talks about this stuff until one person starts.

Takes real commitment and my results came slower than I hoped. That said, the plain packaging and fast delivery were great, and I'm still using it.

Simple and consistent. Ten minutes a day, every day, and it delivers.

There Isn't a Step Four.

Most people have it figured out before the first session is over.

Step 1: It goes between your knees, with each pad touching your thighs. That's the entire setup.

Step 2: Slow and controlled. Squeeze, then let go all the way. The counter does the counting.

Step 3: Do it while watching something you enjoy. You won't have to go out of your way to find time for it.

What to Expect

Real Training. Real Timeline.

Weeks 1–2

Learning the move.

These two weeks are about finding the right muscle and making it a habit. Most people don’t feel much yet — that is normal, and it does not mean it isn’t working. The counter gives you a number from day one, so you always have something to beat.

Weeks 3–4

The squeeze gets easier.

Around here the hold starts to feel stronger, and your numbers climb without as much effort. It is the first real sign the muscle is changing — and the first week the work feels worth it.

Weeks 5–6

It shows up in your day.

This is where most people tell us they notice it in normal life — more control, fewer surprises, and nights that feel less broken up than they used to.

After week 6, keep going. Strength fades when training stops — here, same as anywhere else.

The Best Time to Start Was Years Ago. The Second-Best Time Is TONIGHT.

Muscle doesn't care how old you are. It only responds to being used — that's true at 40 and it's true at 70. The one thing that has never worked is waiting to see if it sorts itself out on its own.

Six weeks from now, you'll either have six weeks of reps on the counter, or you'll be reading this again.

Frequently Asked Questions

Isn't this just part of getting older? +

Getting up at night does get more common with age — that part is true. But common isn't the same as normal, and it definitely isn't the same as nothing can be done. There are a few possible causes, and a weak pelvic floor is one of them. That one you can train, the same way you'd train any other muscle. If your nights changed suddenly, or you're in pain, see a doctor first — some causes need a different kind of help.

I've been working around it. Isn't that enough? +

It's the advice almost everyone gets, and it helps a little. But working around something doesn't make it stronger — it just gives your bladder less to hold. You end up managing the problem instead of changing it. Training the muscle is the part nobody mentions. You can do both.

The problem happens at night. Why am I tired all day? +

Because broken sleep is still broken sleep. A night that keeps getting interrupted means you rarely reach the deep stages, and that carries into the next day — along with the short temper and the trouble concentrating that come with it. Most people blame the trips. The real cost usually shows up around two in the afternoon.

When should I do my session? +

Whenever you'll actually keep doing it. Most people find the early evening works best — you're sitting down, the day's behind you, nothing left to rush off to. Attach it to something you already do every night and you'll stop having to remember it. Five minutes during the news is plenty.

Isn't this just a thigh toner? +

It does work your inner thighs, and plenty of similar-looking devices are sold for exactly that. The difference is what you're training and how. Squeezing against resistance brings the pelvic floor in along with the thighs, and the counter lets you build up over weeks instead of squeezing at random. The 6-Week Training Plan that comes with it is written for bladder control, not for toning.

Will anyone know what it is? +

Not unless you tell them. It ships in a plain box with nothing on the outside, and the invoice doesn't name the product either. It's quiet to use, it looks like ordinary exercise equipment, and you can do a session with someone else in the room without explaining anything.

Do I have to keep doing this forever? +

For as long as you want to keep the strength, yes — a few minutes most days. That's not a catch, it's how muscle works everywhere in the body. Stop training your legs and they get weaker too. After the first six weeks, most people drop to five days a week and stay there.
